Romic Exception

This PHPStan adapter’s implementation, configuration, and tests are covered by the GNU Affero General Public License (see LICENSE.md) together with the following additional permission, the Romic Exception.

Additional permission

The exception text is reproduced verbatim from the SPDX License List:

Additional permission under the GNU Affero GPL version 3 section 7:

If you modify this Program, or any covered work, by linking or
combining it with other code, such other code is not for that reason
alone subject to any of the requirements of the GNU Affero GPL
version 3.

Effect

The Romic Exception is an additional permission under section 7 of the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. It allows this adapter to be linked or combined with other code without that other code becoming subject to the requirements of the AGPL merely because of the linking or combination.

The exception does not otherwise relax the AGPL for the covered work itself. Modifications to the covered work remain subject to the AGPL, including its source-availability requirements for modified versions made available to users over a computer network.
